Introducing...
My name is Stuart Neville, a thirty-something (it’s not polite to ask) bloke from Armagh, Northern Ireland. I’m a partner in HardLight Multimedia, a Markethill based multimedia design and print business with clients all over Ireland and Britain, and as far away as Australia and the USA.
In the past, I’ve been a musician and composer, scoring one very (very, very) low budget feature film and various TV, theatre and radio productions. At one time or another I’ve also been a teacher, a salesman, a film extra, a baker and a hand double for a well known Irish comedian – really, it’s true.
These days I still teach guitar and do the odd bit of session work, as well as gigging with singer-songwriter Nina Armstrong. See the TUNES section for more on that.
Lately, I’ve been scratching an itch I’ve had since I was a kid: writing. Ever since I can remember, I’ve wanted to write stories, but it’s only recently that I’ve made a serious attempt at it. In the last year I’ve written two novels and various short pieces of fiction, and managed to earn my first legitimate publishing credit. Find out more about my writing in the WORDS section.
